Speed wins
Coaches in all sports agree. Speed can help overcome other "weaknesses" such
as inexperience or lack of confidence, strength, skill or size. Best of all,
speed can be improved. You'll study and practice technical skills and learn
how to train for speed. Develop total body flexibility, explosive starts,
efficient
form, powerful acceleration, and smooth strides. Where appropriate, we teach
with starting blocks and hurdles. We employ leading edge methodology, including
plyometrics, parachute running, acceleration ladders and power harnesses, and
pool training along with individual digitized video analysis.
