Alison Wade has been running competitively since 1990: in high school, in college and now as a post-graduate. She is the Assistant Cross Country Coach at Amherst (Mass.) Regional High School. Between 1998 and 2002, ARHS won its State Meet three times. During the day, she is the editor of the New York Road Runners' elite running web sites www.fast-women.com and www.mensracing.com.
