This videotape (of approximately 20 minutes) was produced by Ken Reeves, coach of the very successful boys and girls Cross Country program at Nordhoff High School in Ojai, California. In spite of NHS being a relatively small school, its teams have been ranked in the top 25 nationally on a number of occasions, and perennial powerhouses in California.

In this videotape, Reeves combines resources with Bill Tokar in describing how they incorporate water training into their Cross Country program. In the process, the viewer gains insight into the thinking and behavior of this outstanding coach.
